Classes.
T'ai Chi Ch'uan runs every week in Linlithgow. Classes in the Eighteen Lohan Palm and in Daoist practice are being set up and will be announced here. All of them are open to beginners.

Get in touch and you will hear first when the Lohan and Daoist classes are scheduled. In the meantime the Sunday T'ai Chi class is open to anyone, whichever of the three brought you here.
Practical
What it costs, and what to bring
Teaching is offered on a recommended donation basis. What comes in covers the room, the materials and keeping the practice going. It is not a membership fee, there is nothing to sign, and nobody is turned away for lack of funds — give what suits your circumstances and say nothing more about it.
Come in loose clothing and flat, flexible shoes. Nothing else is needed — no uniform, no equipment, no grading system to buy into.
The venues
Teaching runs across central Scotland, between Edinburgh and Linlithgow, with the Daoist side online.
Linlithgow — EH49 Hub, 6–7 The Vennel, Linlithgow EH49 7EY, in West Lothian. A few minutes' walk from Linlithgow station, and on the direct line from Edinburgh, Falkirk and Stirling.
Edinburgh — where the Lohan class will run. Venue to be announced.
Online — Daoist practice will run on Zoom, so distance is no barrier to it.
Seminars and visiting teachers
Sifu Neil Ripski visits the UK from time to time to teach the Eighteen Lohan Palm directly. Dates are announced here once venue and booking are confirmed.

Where are the tai chi classes in Linlithgow held?
At the EH49 Hub, 6–7 The Vennel, Linlithgow EH49 7EY, in West Lothian — a few minutes' walk from Linlithgow station.
When does the tai chi class run?
Every Sunday at 10:00, year round.
Do I need any experience to start?
No. The class is mixed in experience and complete beginners are welcome. You are not expected to keep up with the form or know any terminology on a first visit.
What should I bring?
