T'ai Chi Ch'uan runs weekly on Sunday at 10:00 in Linlithgow. Classes in the Eighteen Lohan Palm and in Daoist practice are coming soon — ask to be told when they start. Full detail on the classes page.
Teaching is offered on a recommended donation rather than for a fee. Cost is not a reason to stay away.
