Tell us what you are interested in — or that you have no idea yet, which is an equally good place to start from.
Questions are welcome.
Beginners do not need to know which tradition suits them before making contact. A short conversation is usually enough to find the right starting point.
Where we practise
Edinburgh and Linlithgow,
and on Zoom
T'ai Chi Ch'uan runs weekly on Sunday at 10:00 in Linlithgow. The Eighteen Lohan Palm starts in January 2027, every third Sunday in Linlithgow, and Daoist practice is coming soon — ask to be told when it starts. Full detail on the classes page.
Teaching is offered on a recommended donation rather than for a fee. Cost is not a reason to stay away.
